These Terms govern your use of Footballens. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Footballens provides football match information, AI-generated previews and content kits (“MatchBrief”), and a transfer information hub. Free public pages are available to everyone; MatchBrief requires a free account.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service;
- resell or redistribute the service as your own;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
4. Content & accuracy
Our AI engine generates text from verified football data and is designed not to invent facts. Still, data and AI output are provided “as is” and may contain errors or be incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing any content before you publish or rely on it. Footballens is not liable for decisions made based on the information provided. No betting or gambling content is offered.
5. Your content
Briefs you generate are yours to use. You're responsible for how you use and publish them, and for complying with the platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, X) where you post.
6. Availability & changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Footballens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
